A Passion for Building
Matt Fisher, owner of Empire Shed Sales, grew up learning the trade of construction. Working alongside his father, Matt built pole barns, agricultural buildings, log homes, and other general construction projects. It’s by his father’s side where Matt’s passion for the finest details in construction began and are still deeply rooted in his business today.
Evolving Passions into an Empire
In January 2005, Matt put his years of direct construction and management experience to work when he founded Lakeview Sheds in Pennsylvania. With his brother-in-law, he started building the first shed in a barn on the family farm in Saxton, PA. Within a few months he opened a retail location in Roaring Spring, PA. That retail store continues today on a much larger 8-acre space off Interstate I-99 in East Freedom, PA. Eight years later, demand for his quality products led him to open a much larger plant in Belleville, PA at which time he began his partnership with Backyard Outfitters.Our Mission
Matt built this company on his family’s traditional values. His philosophy is that with the highest-quality products, honesty, and integrity, Empire Shed Sales can help customers build their backyard dreams. We’re doing this through our large selection of standard and customizable sheds, garages, cabins, pool houses, playhouses, pavilions, swing sets, poly furniture, horse sheds, and chicken coops.
